Job Description A leading oil and gas EPC company currently require a Project Information Engineer (IM) to be based in Schiedam, Netherlands for a 12 month renewable contract The Project Information Engineer will be assigned to large and complex Projects to manage the entire information and documentation flow during all different stages in the Project; Be the focal point for the Company internal organization but also for the Client regarding all IM matters. Duties will include reviewing the clients IM requirements; Coordinate with IS team to ensure that the Project DB and Tools are properly setup; Coordinate / Advise Engineering, Supply Chain, Completion and quality teams to ensure data requirements are understood; Monitor and report per Project Discipline the data progress status; Liaise with PMT colleagues and the Client to ensure quality over control and content of the delivered data; Manage the hand-over to the client of competed project information & documentation in accordance with the agreed procedures; Prepare a close-out report on IM including initiating improvement on Company standards & methodology. You will have a Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology and a minimum of 7 years work experience of which +5 years in a similar position with solid experience in the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry. You will also have a broad IT and Engineering related background. Please note, due to the location of the assignment, you must be eligible to work in Netherlands.
