Airswift. Topside Project Engineer. Schiedam, The Netherlands
Airswift has been tasked by one of our key clients to seek a Topside Project Engineer to join them in Schiedam on an ongoing contract.
This professional will be responsible for the technical supervision of a subcontracted FPSO topsides module. This includes interfacing with internal engineering disciplines and Supply Chain, and externally with the EPC subcontractor.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
R Focal point for interface between EPC module contractor and engineering
Coordinate review of documents as per responsibility matrix and contractual dates
Involve and manage all internal stakeholders to ensure that EPC module contract is respected
Typical Package Engineering responsibilities
Requirements
Experience with EPC subcontracting
BSc. or MSc. within any relevant Engineering discipline.
At least 10 years of Engineering experience, as well as international experience in multi-disciplinary projects.
Construction/Site experience
Team Management experience
Experience with FPSO is preferred
Broad knowledge of different offshore systems
Willingness to travel (the position is based in Schiedam, but travel to Brazil may be required)
