Project Administrator – wartsila – Schiedam

What are your main tasks and responsibilities?

  • You support our Workshop Managers in the daily invoicing, hours registration and financial administration regarding our international workshop projects.
  • You have a critical view towards the administration processes and are always looking for ways to improve the daily operations. This in close cooperation with Workshop management.
  • You do regular check-ups on sales, margins, cost spending, billable rates for all workshop figures.
  • You spot deviations and discuss this with workshop management.
  • You will be trained as a key user for all Wartsila administration systems. With your knowledge you also will take care of training towards all workshop employees.
  • What do we expect from you?

  • Preferably you hold a Vocational (MBO) or Bachelor (HBO) degree in either finance, administration, accounting or similar.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in a financial or order administration position.
  • It is an advantage if you have experience within an international service organisation.
  • You have extended knowledge with financial and order processes in an ERP system and MS office products. Experience with SAP (Fico) is seen as an advantage.
  • Proactive and assertive with a critical view on existing administration processes.
  • Fluent in Dutch and business understanding of the English language are needed in this position.
