As a lead process engineer, you work in the Process Technology department. This department is mainly focused on conducting process studies and making process designs of installations for clients in the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries. You and your team are responsible for the process design of installations and factories and you ensure that everything is delivered according to agreed quality, planning and budget You are supervising your project team and you work closely with the customer and colleagues from other disciplines. Your projects vary from national small to medium Brownfield expansions to large international Greenfield projects. What do you have to offer? You have completed a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Technology. You have extensive work experience as a Process Engineer and Process Lead within multidisciplinary projects. You are customer and result oriented. You have good communication skills and are able to translate the client’s needs into solutions. You know how to organize your own work as well the work of your (process) team. You can motivate and lead your (process) team to make sure they meet the project expectation You have good knowledge of both the Dutch and English language. What do we offer you? A very complete employment package carefully put together in our own covenant. An annual contract, with the intention to follow-up with a permanent contract. A monthly gross salary between € 4300,- and € 5.500,- based on a full time working week and depending on your background and experience. 8% Holiday allowance, calculated over your gross annual salary.
