What you will enjoy doing
- You will be managing large accounts (approx. 50 accounts made up of 150 locations in the Netherlands, within the Packaged Gas Products segment. Portfolio consists of both individual customers and customers organized in buying groups
- Functioning as the first point of contact and face of Linde Gas Benelux towards customers assigned with the aim to (further) develop all portfolio accounts in regards of turnover (12 min. per year), volumes and profitability
- Further, you will create tailor made business solutions to meet customer demands, whilst achieving and driving company goals. Customers can range from Food & Beverages, Manfacturing, Pharma and (petro) Chemical accounts
- Managing daily business, contract life cycles and ensuring profitable growth. Continuously on the lookout for business opportunities, creating additional growth within your portfolio that you can be followed up with the business development team
- Understanding and utilizing (internal) Linde pricing models, creating value for the customer as well as Linde Gas
- Also, you will own all aspects of customer daily business,ranging from contract management, price setting, negotiating new contracts andcustomer service. To help make the customer understand what the best fit forpurpose solution is available
What makes you great
- You have a Bachelor degree and experience in B2B solution based and or conceptual selling
- Relevant experience in any (or all) of the following fields: (petro)chemical, food, metals, manufacturing segment of the Benelux
- Strong commercial and communicative skills and comfortable to operate in a quick changing and multinational matrix organization
- You have strong mindset to drive the business, develop the market, own the targets and make your own priorities to get the work done
- Fluent (writing and speaking) in Dutch and English is required in this role
- IT skills contributing to the digital transformation of Linde
