RESPONSIBILITIES

Based on strong analytical skills, organization, experience, and integrity, you will support the business on preparing financial planning (budget, …), deliver day-to-day operational activities, monitor the financial performance, advise and challenge the business on risks that may arise and ensure efficiency of the control framework. You will support Turnkey segment in its transition by continuously improving processes and leveraging new technologies to better position our business for success in a rapidly changing environment.
Plan, Operate & Control
Elaborate annual budget with turnkey business pillars / product line
Coordinate business assumptions with CBSC
Monitor the resources capacity plan to ensure correlation between capacity and workload for productive department under turnkey perimeter
Collaborate with business stakeholders to support the development of long-term strategic plans for the Pillar and identify potential risks and opportunities (business cases / plan / new investment) in strong collaboration with “strategic finance”
Support the business on operational day to day activities
Deliver clear and reliable information to the management on ad-hoc analysis
Reporting and Performance Management
Analyze financial data and operational results (product lines / Pillars) to provide insights for the management to help inform decision-making.
Control quality and accuracy of all financial reports towards business (MOR,..)
Coordinate risks and opportunities based on business insights (sensitivities,…)
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial performance of the company and identify areas for improvement
Finance transition turnkey
Identify & assess business requirements to develop reports via business intelligence tools (through CBSC) that will provide meaningful insights into business performance for internal stakeholders and increase agility in the business decision-making process (Dashboards, …)
Support IFS Transition on turnkey perimeter and understand new data sources/structure Monitor

JOB REQUIREMENTS
A relevant university degree (e.g. Finance or Economics)
At least 5 years of professional work experience in a similar role
Strong analytical & communication skills
Provide insights that support decision-making and drive business growth
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
Able to manage and control complex financial structures
An organized mindset where accuracy and accountability are your main skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and independent work ethic
Pragmatic and flexible approach
Affinity with accounting fundamentals and constructions projects
Strong knowledge or learning appetite in tools such as Excel, Power platform, …
Fluency in English (both written and verbal), other foreign language (French) is a plus
Flexibility to travel is requeried
