WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Serve as a trusted advisor to Management on the entire employee lifecycle, people and organization matters, from workforce planning, recruitment, recognition, performance management and people development.
Participate in and lead complex critical employee relations cases, ensuring best practices and compliance with relevant legislation. Contribute to change management efforts, supporting organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Create and implement HR, people and organizational change initiatives that drive employee engagement and foster a positive culture where people can learn, develop and perform.
You will team up with 2 other professionals in the HR Advice team, you’ll be the advisor to the Management Team of the Projects business unit and the management of staff functions (Finance, Legal, Contract Management, Marketing, IT). Next to the HR Advice team there is a Team for Recruitment, HR Support including payroll, Learning & Development, International Mobility & Tax, and Travel support. Together we form the HR community and support our business across Europe.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
10 years of experience as HR professional in an international work environment, minimum of 6 years as HR generalist.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. We are also open to candidates with a different academic background as long as your experience meets the requirements of the role.
Strong critical thinking to identify interdependencies between matters, data and outcomes, results, behaviors, clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture.
Solid experience with change management and organizational development initiatives.
Ability to organize and prioritize initiatives and handle multiple tasks with competing priorities at times.
Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and communication skills.
Resilient, hands-on results-driven and a team player.
Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
