About Us
Multisynaptech creates intelligent, seamless solutions for the healthcare sector that drive digital transformation and improve patient care. We’re building custom software to address the unique challenges of healthcare, from patient management to medical data handling.
What will your core business be
· As an IT Manager at our software development company, you will be responsible for the technical infrastructure and management of IT processes that support our software development efforts.
- Oversee the DTAP ensuring their maintenance and optimization.
- Provide technical support to internal staff when needed.
- Lead agile IT projects
- Oversee and maintain the organization’s server and cloud infrastructure, ensuring systems are scalable, highly available, and optimized for performance.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- A teamplayer based in the Netherlands (South-Holland)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teamplayers.
- A completed degree in Software Engineering or a related kind of degree.
- Minimal five years experience in an IT management role, preferably within software development or IT services
- Experience with cloud-native applications, microservices, and containerization.
- Knowledge of software development processes, version control (Git, SVN), and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Salary based on fulltime-base: € 4.500 – € 6.500
