WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Create and manage purchase orders.
Ensure timely delivery and follow up on any delays or issues.
Address disruptions like late deliveries, quality issues, and mismatched invoices.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand and fulfill purchasing needs.
Perform related purchasing activities within pre-established spending limits, including order confirmations.
Work on improving on-time delivery with the existing supply base for parts and components.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
0-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, Sales, or a related discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
Proficiency in using procurement software, SAP and Microsoft Office Suite is a pre.
