Are you at the start of your career in Tax, Global Mobility and looking for an opportunity to develop yourself in an international environment?

At Mammoet, our employees work on complex heavy lifting and transport projects across the globe. As a Junior Global Mobility Tax Advisor, you will support the Global Mobility and Tax teams in ensuring compliance with international tax and social security regulations while gaining hands-on experience in cross-border employment matters.

You will be part of an experienced team that will actively guide and coach you in developing both technical knowledge and stakeholder skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

In this junior role, you will primarily focus on supporting operational processes while gradually building advisory capabilities. You will work closely with senior colleagues and external partners to learn how international mobility taxation and payroll structures function in practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team in handling international tax and social security queries from employees, HR and Payroll.
  • Assisting in the coordination of personal income tax filings for internationally mobile employees together with external tax advisors.
  • Helping to maintain communication with internal stakeholders such as HR, Payroll and Finance teams.
  • Supporting the administration and monitoring of international payroll processes and mobility data.
  • Assisting with basic net-to-gross calculations and assignment cost overviews
  • Collecting and preparing documentation required for mobility cases and compliance processes.
  • Monitoring invoices from external vendors and supporting in administrative follow-up
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives and helping to document procedures and best practices.
  • Staying informed about developments in international mobility and tax legislation as part of your professional growth.
  • WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tax Law, Finance, HR, Economics or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience or a strong interest in Global Mobility, International Tax or Payroll.
  • Affinity with working in an international corporate environment.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Good command of English, both written and verbal.
