About the role:

This comprehensive role requires a proactive attitude and a structured approach to managing customer relationships, analyzing performance, and ensuring quality in all aspects of service delivery.

As the Key Account Manager Aftersales, you will collaborate with service providers and customers to optimize organizational structures, ensuring the efficient allocation of tasks and resources. Your role will focus on maintaining a structured, organized workflow with clearly defined routines and procedures.

As Key Account Manager Aftersales, you will be involved in:

Customer Relations & Problem-Solving

  • Build and nurture relationships with direct customers and service providers/workshops.
  • Address customer and service provider concerns with innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Maintain a proactive, problem-solving mindset to prevent and resolve issues.

Invoicing and Analysis

  • Verify and evaluate quotations and invoices for work completed, costs, setup, hours, and rates.
  • Conduct detailed work analysis, focusing on productivity, quality, and service level.
  • Identify quality issues and structural problems, implement solutions, and take preventative measures.

Training and Development

  • Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve team and provider performance.

Support and Collaboration

  • Assist the technical support team by fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless workflows.
  • Develop customer value through market development and promotion of after-sales services.
  • Partner with service providers to optimize organizational structures, tasks, and resource allocation.

Performance Monitoring & Improvement

  • Monitor and support service providers/customers in strategic business planning.
  • Conduct management meetings to review performance, trends, and objectives.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes and promote a structured working environment with defined routines.


Your Profile:

  • Strong knowledge of the heavy truck and bus industry.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a solid background in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently, paying attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
  • High level of analytical, innovative, and business acumen.
  • Excellent coordination skills with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Action-oriented with a focus on both immediate results and long-term strategy.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Ability to inspire commitment and engagement from team members and service providers.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the region to address current and future customer needs.
