Media Buyer Manager – Hubstaff – Schiedam


As a Media Buyer/Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our agency, orchestrating client success through innovative conversion strategies and robust client management. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with platform managers to develop and implement effective strategies that drive client growth and satisfaction. You will act as a crucial link between our clients and the platform management team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of goals. Additionally, you will manage five of our biggest clients and act as a coach to platform managers, serving as the go-to person for clients when they have a problem.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborative Strategy Development:

Partner with platform managers to create and execute conversion optimization strategies tailored to each clients needs.

Facilitate necessary strategy sessions with platform managers or clients to align on objectives, tactics, and expected outcomes.

Client Communication and Management:

Serve as the primary intermediary between clients and our internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Regularly update clients on strategy plans, progress, and results, ensuring transparency and trust in our services.

Understand and articulate clients’ goals and expectations to platform managers, ensuring a unified approach to meeting client needs.

Manage five of the biggest clients, providing them with dedicated attention and customized solutions.

Act as the coach to platform managers, guiding them in client management and strategy implementation.

Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:

Collaborate with platform managers to monitor and analyze performance data.

Translate data insights into actionable strategies and communicate these effectively to both clients and internal teams.

Optimization and Testing:

Coordinate with platform managers to implement A/B tests and other optimization tactics to improve conversion rates.

Review test results and performance data to continually refine and improve strategies.

Proactive Client Success Initiatives:

Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations to drive client success.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, instilling confidence in our ability to deliver results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with different departments within the agency to ensure a cohesive approach to client success.

Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge-sharing and joint problem-solving.


Proven experience in CRO, digital marketing, and client management in e-commerce.

Strong analytical skills with experience in Analytics, A/B testing tools, and other relevant software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients and team members.

Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
