Because when you grow, our entire organization grows with you. /p h3bWhat do we expect of you? /b /h3 ul liAnalyzing project and production data and translating it into an efficient schedule for personnel, machines, materials, and components; /li liAligning production capacity with project schedules; /li liManaging daily production schedule and monitoring progress and resource utilization; /li liIdentifying bottlenecks and analyzing deviations and proposing solutions to minimize the impact on cost and lead time; /li liAdjusting the planning in consultation with relevant stakeholders; /li liClear communication about planning, progress, and priorities during production meetings; /li /ul h3bWondering if you are 'equipped for impact'? /b /h3 pYou are: /p ul licustomer-driven and focused; /li lianalytical and attention to detail; /li liproactive and persuasive; /li lipractical and punctual; /li lia results-driven team player; /li liwilling to travel abroad occasionally; /li linot afraid to take responsibility and ownership. /li /ul pYou will have: /p ul liHigher professional education higher professional (HBO) working and thinking level in Mechanical Engineering. /li liProficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, is required. /li liProduction planning experience experience with production planning in a technical or project‑driven environment. /li liStrong analytical skill’s strong analytical ability and a clear overview of production processes. /li liERP and structured working experience with production planning, ERP systems, and a structured way of working. /li liClear communication you communicate clearly, work accurately, and take ownership. /li liTechnical and international mindset you feel at home in a down‑to‑earth, technically driven, and international organization. /li /ul h3bSome practical things we need you to have: /b /h3 ul liAn EU passport/valid work permit for The Netherlands; /li liA good command of the Dutch and English language verbally and in writing. /li /ul h3bMore about Huisman /b /h3 pWe design and produce in-house and deliver our turn‑key products to clients worldwide.
