As a part of the Parts Field & Service organization you will be part of the journey of driving the Continuous Improvement projects within the Central Europe Region. The aim is to achieve improvements in certain identified processes during a period of one year.

In this temporary position you are reporting to the General Manager, P&FS Central Europe Workshops and the location of the position is at Schiedam (The Netherlands) or Hamburg (Germany). 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and finalizing the Continuous Improvement waves initiated on one of our locations both for the Workshop and the Field Service Operation processes.
  • Support and mentor the local Managers and Team Leaders for the identified improvement opportunities.
  • Competence development of the local team members
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Employee satisfaction
  • Main requirements in this role are:

  • Experience in managerial positions in Service Delivery functions and understanding of the Parts & FS processes, including profound knowledge of the Parts ordering and handling processes
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Strong understanding of the KPI’s for the Parts & FS business
  • What are the metrics against which we measure success? ​​​​

  • Workshop and Field Service financial and operational performance improvements: net sales and profitability on time in full delivery of products and services efficiency of job execution time to invoice
  • Employee satisfaction improvement
