ph3Work Preparation Engineer (Equipped for Impact) /h3 pWe are looking for a Work Preparation Engineer to oversee the entire production chain from project information and engineering to production and delivery. The role ensures that manpower, machines, materials and components are available at the right time, preparing the shop floor for efficient execution and on-schedule delivery to our clients. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze project information and production processes to determine required capacity, resources and work sequences. /li liBalance required and available production capacity against delivery schedules and planning assumptions. /li liIdentify, report and proactively resolve potential deviations in planning and production schedules. /li liPrepare and plan work activities, including sequences, estimated hours, procedures, and work instructions. /li liCoordinate outsourcing activities, order materials and maintain effective relationships with suppliers. /li liMonitor, adjust and optimize production schedules as necessary. /li liActively participate in project and production meetings. /li liSupport production, project management and the planning/operations department. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liHigher professional (HBO) working and thinking level in Mechanical Engineering. /li liExperience in work preparation within steel construction, heavy industry or similar production environments. /li liStrong analytical skills and experience with various production processes. /li liExperience with ERP systems and structured working methods in production planning. /li liClear communication skills, accurate work and ownership mindset. /li liTechnical and international mindset, comfortable in a technically driven global organization. /li liCustomer driven, analytical, proactive, persuasive, practical, punctual, results driven team player. /li liWilling to travel abroad occasionally. /li liStrong sense of responsibility and ownership. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEU passport or valid work permit for the Netherlands. /li liGood command of Dutch and English, verbally and in writing. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liAn excellent benefits package tailored to experience and education level. /li liAn international work environment. /li liVarious growth and development opportunities. /li liOpen, informal, no-nonsense culture with short communication lines. /li /ul h3Application Notice /h3 pWe do not accept unsolicited applications from recruitment and selection agencies.
